Freight Policy

On any merchandise damaged in shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Mark V Fiberglass immediately after the freight arrives. If it is shipped by common carrier truck, the damage MUST BE NOTATED on the freight bill as well as contacting us so we can make arrangements to re-ship your order. In some cases, we can ship outside the U.S.A.
