1967-68 Shelby style upper side scoops that were used on the GT-350/500.  These are functional for cabin ventilation.  Can also be used on any 1967 Fastback Mustang. 

They are 3" Deep at the Rear and 1 1/2" Deep at the Front.

Bolt in installation for use in stock location.
